Payment: 

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Square Credit. 

 

Cancellations: 

As things come up, such as sickness or emergencies, we understand, but since our cleaners depend on their income, they would appreciate as much notice as possible if you have to cancel service or change your cleaning day.

 

Holidays, Work Hours, and Rescheduling:

We do not work on national holidays and will try to reschedule your cleaning if we can. Because most of our cleaners have a very full schedule, we may not be able to fit you in, but we will give it our best shot to help you with the holidays. (Please note that we also take the day after Thanksgiving off.)
 
If you need to reschedule your cleaning day, we will try, but we cannot guarantee another day that week and may have to wait until your next scheduled date. Or we can provide another cleaner to fill in, although that cannot always work with their full schedules.
 
During inclement weather, we may have to reschedule your cleaning for the safety of our cleaners. We schedule all cleans during the business day, Monday – Friday only, and are closed evenings and weekends so we can be with our family and friends.

 

What to expect after our cleaning service:

After the initial cleaning visit, a representative will follow up asking for your feedback on the service. If you ever want to update or change your service, we’re more than be happy to make the adjustments and those changes will be reflected on the next visit.

If we did not meet your expectations, we will come back and fulfill our guarantee. Please notify us by the end of the next business day about any issue at all, including any oversight or misunderstanding regarding the execution of your cleaning plan. Communication and transparency is very important.

If something is damaged during the course of a cleaning, we will make every effort to repair or, when necessary, replace the damaged item.

We provide all the necessary insurance to protect your home, property, and our employees, which includes:

  • Liability – Should we damage anything in your home
  • Auto – To protect our marked vehicles on your property
  • Workers compensation – Should an employee become injured while in your home

 

Tips:

Of course, tips are always appreciated if your cleaner does a great job. Normally, customers seem to tip more during the holiday season, and these are always appreciated.
